Live here for 3 yrs, and I can honestly say it was a great place to live. Location was great (5-10min walk, 5min bike, 5min bus drive, 3min drive). Staff changed, and they always seemed to find the most friendly and nice people. They often organize resident events, and they were really efficient w/solving maintenance issues. Renovations have made it an even better complex. I recently moved into my studio apartment in August, and I love it here! The office people are always super nice and helpful! They are also amazing at getting someone out on a maintenance call. I have never had to wait to get the help I needed.
Great amenities and really close to campus. I bike to class every day and often make a trip back for lunch. I make frequent use of the two pools, two hot tubs, gym, and two gas grills. In warm weather my friends frequently come to my apartment to grill out and socialize by the outdoor big screens and pool. Unlike other reviewers, my leasing and move-in went smoothly (but I also wasn't trying to back out or change anything last minute). The renovated apartments are great and have had no problems with maintenance.
