Unless you're okay with paying $615 for electricity each month, sleeping in an 83 degree room for three weeks because management doesn't believes there's anything "wrong" with the AC, or consistently fighting to have appliances fixed -- Id suggest you find a much more accommodating apartment. I'd also be more inclined to live in an apartment complex that lets you know when burglaries have occurred instead of finding out from other residents. My friend lives here and her apartment is super nice! I love visiting her. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.
This is one case similar to judging the book by its cover. They make their office like a show case, so nice. When you see the actual apartment you get, hmmmm NOT worth it at all. RUN away, don't sign anything. You are better off some where else !!!! If there was a minus star, I would choose that.
Really getting frustrated here. Second time in 2 weeks our air goes out. We put in a maintenance order well before the office closed, but no one showed up. I called the emergency maintenance line in hopes someone could help. They said they wouldn't call for help because it wasn't hot enough outside. It's summer in louisiana. It's hot outside. Oh well, I guess we will just have to make due in an apartment that is 85 degrees inside according to the thermostat until whenever they can get someone over tomorrow. We have been wait... read more
My year at this apartment was absolutely horrible, from the very first day that we moved in and there was months old food rotting in the fridge and kitchen! We had to hire a cleaning company to clean the day I got there, and then they tried to charge us thousands of dollars on move-out for new carpet and counters that were already ruined when we got there. The pool was closed for months at a time, half the "amenities" didn't work, and the front gate was always broken. I was never happier to move out of an apartment.
They have the worst staff ever. The staff need training when it comes to customer service.
