It’s true when they say you get what you pay for. And when they show you the model room, it’s not even close to how the actual apartment will look.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, they reported a "$25 parking fee" to a collection agency from when i was 19 years old, all they do is screw over young college kids. TERRIBLE management, terrible living facility, do yourself a favor and live somewhere that cares about their tenants and wont ruin young kids lives/ credit scores over $25!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE, LITERALLY LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE
Over charge for shitty conditions. I was charged 200 dollars for an electricity bill which is ridiculous. The property manager is rude. I got an email claiming they will have new furniture in the apartments but I still have the same raggedy furniture. I highly regret renewing my lease. Do not sign a lease here.
I Really enjoyed the tour !!! The employees are very friendly , thorough & welcoming.
