If you are a parent DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN LIVE HERE!!! My son's new to him truck was burglarized the night of January 30th into the morning of the 31st. This complex has no working security cameras and the gates ARE NOT VERY SECURE. Open sometimes not open others. BRPD officer has pleaded with management to get cameras as there is inly 1 way in and out of this complex. I know you can get quality 4 camera setup at Sam's Club for $500. If I could give zero stars I would. They just want your money, they do not care about their residents. They charge for crap that doesn't need to be replaced because they want it replaced immediately. They'll "accidentally" delete you out of their system for no reason making you locked out of the apartment complex and your apartment, the wifi barley ever works, there is never enough parking, cable works about half the time, the staff are useless or rude, and they'll send people to your apartment unannounced.
I have lived here almost a year, and it has been one terrible experience after another. I have tried to be a cooperative tenant, but my time spent here has been nothing but miserable so far. I figure that exposing my personal living situation here might shed some light into their office on how substandard this place has been, and hopefully a truthful forewarning to anyone considering living here.
