I am an Emory graduate student, and I just moved to President's Park. Prior to this, I lived in Campus Crossings for a year. When I was initially searching for a place to live in Atlanta, it was portrayed as if President's Park and Campus Crossings are sister properties. RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost three years and am continually impressed with the staff. I have yet to have an issue not addressed in a timely manner. The staff are the most wonderful I have experienced since undergrad! I’m already sad that I MAY move out one day 😢
I can’t give enough positive feedback about the management team at this complex! Truly a powerhouse of women who maintain order and resolve all of my concerns with the upmost professionalism and decorum! I truly appreciate the amazing customer service I’ve received in my time here. The maintenance team is also very friendly and timely and has completed my requests within 24 hours. Not only is the staff great, but the proximity to the Emory campus is unbeatable!
Should be cheap and no additional charge when moving out

Absolutely the worst management. The manager is incompetent and rude. The hallways are disgusting and everything in the lease is based on their own terms, apparently.
Lived here a few years past. Overpriced, shoddy construction, and ridiculous fees. They also make you pay for a whole month in August when you move in even though the lease doesn't start until the 15th. Plus, the staff post fake reviews.

Honestly, this is the worst complex I've lived in. The maintenance staff is great. They get things done quickly. The office staff, on the other hand, should be replaced. The Internet is constantly going down making it impossible to study and work from the apartment, and no one seems to care. Luckily my lease is up at the end of the month. Also be warned, most of the positive reviews were written by the office staff.

Great place to live! The staff is awesome and the grounds are always kept nice and neat! Not to mention just minutes from downtown!
