We have SO much to offer! The apartments are professionally decorated with astonishing furniture schemes. We are directly centered near local commercial centers and casual dining facilities and even provide a boardwalk to them. Everyone has their own bathroom. Utilities are inclusive. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have rented many houses and apartments with no issue and I have never had more issues and seen a place more unprofessionally operated that this god forsaken establishment. It's a step up from government housing at best and the employees are so fake at first so that you sign a lease then they couldn't care less about their tenants and it's evident through their actions. I don't live there but all of my friends do & I feel more at home than my housing .The rooms & closets are spacious ,roommates are very quit I never hear them ,I love the different activities every week to help residents & wrkers more familiar with one another & it's the closest apartments to MTSU campus .if you're a new starter of college or student housing this would be perfect for you.
The staff is probably the worst part of living here. I wake up to gunshots frequently, and you are not aloud to have your own protection. They put old or working class people next to students (noise complaints in broad day). Only positive about thus place is closeness to campus and the size of the master bedroom...also overages are extremely false and the people in the office are fake as all get out. I have only been here for about a week, the ladies in the office are awesome.. I love it here, everyone is so friendly and nice.. best place to live..

Campus crossings is the worst schooling complex I have ever been to. I refuse to ever come back to this place and I will tell everyone I know not to come here. It isn't nothing but a bunch of people trying to steal your money and not give a damn about you. I have called the office and the maintenance numerous times to fix a door on my apartment and its been over four months and still no show. The towing is the worst of all. I lived here for two years and really wish I would have lived anywhere else. Lots of double charges and very rude staff. They are near impossible to deal with. Just do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live, it really can't be worse than campus crossing.
