Quite literally the worst landlords in the state of texas. The most egregious action was leaving me without a/c for two weeks of the hottest summer in decades. Their apathy towards my situation showed not only that they do not care about the health and safety of their tenants but that they actively want their tenants to suffer. DO NOT RENT HERE! Their management is trash. They took all the deposit money just for trash that was not left behind.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! Like some of the other reviews saying, they take so much of your deposit for things not your fault.. They took over 1000$ from me over absurd things. Not to mention when i first moved in, my entire unit was infested with roaches. I would literally find roaches in my bed sheets, clothing, and even food. They took almost a month just to get the problem fixed.
Cherish is so rude with the tenants. She and the Shaffers just want to take people's money. They mailed the refund of our security deposit one day late (illegal in Austin) and they charged us for normal wear and tear. I even suspect they're lowkey racist. Awful company, don't rent with them.
