Nick Cochrane is extremely rude, unprofessional and immature. I have had knocking noises coming out of my bathtub since August, when I first requested maintenance for this issue, he would show up to my apartment with only 30 minutes to an hour notice, early in the morning, instead of giving me proper notice. I leased from Campus and Central Properties from '21 to '26, and stayed in the same unit at Sunchase 216 in North University the entire time. So if anyone has a review to write it's me, but I'll keep it short. I see a lot of reviews on here saying Nick is lazy or Nick is unresponsive and this and that. The reality is no one is perfect. I found this company to be honest, responsive and really good. I had my reservations after reading some reviews but Nick was always helpful and fair to us. After renting with several other companies, this is by far my favorite. Stay away from 512 Living!
Nick is the best property manager ever.
