Consumer Very rude and ill-informed owner. She has try-ons in the shop that are 30 years old! Could care less to have my business. Not interested in finding quick solutions. Ended up losing close to $200 with her and still had to get my son's tuxedo elsewhere. Please do your homework and listen to all the negative reviews this lady has online!
DO NOT BUY! OWNER IS AWFUL! Do NOT buy from this store! They are very rude, and even called me "stupid" & laughed to my lawyer after I demanded a refund. Negligent communication. Extremely rude. Drive to San Jose & go to Trudy's. It's WORTH it! This lady is a NIGHTMARE to deal with, negligent, & irresponsible! Worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. EVER! Condescending customer service and horrible alterations If you want to be a happy bride and have your bridesmaids treated with respect, do not go to this store! There's a no return or exchange policy (I should have been concerned when I saw that!)
good store but excellent ok my wedding was exactly a year ago and I was happy looking for my dress . My motherinlaw and I went around Salinas looking for my perfect dress and I couldint find any at the end we stop at this shop and they were close and the lady told us to come back the next day ,sobwe did the lady was really helpful and I found my perfect dress but she told me I was going to need some bra pads and we said ok so we were ready to pay and my motherinlaw said charge me everything and she handed her credit card ton... read more
Beautiful Dresses Campus bridal: has a selection of bridal dresses! if you are just starting to look at bridal dresses and don't really know what style you like, this is a great place to go! they let you look at all the dresses they have (which is a ton!) and their arranged by style (ie strapless, ball gown, with sleeves, long train, short train, etc). the staff is super nice and helpful, they let you take pictures of you in the dress, and the place is just all around great

SMART HAPPY BRIDE I will! recommend Campus Bridal. I went into the shop and had them measure everyone, dresses perfect, everyone was happy. (No need to return a custom made dress tailored to perfection.)
World Class WORST!! We were so excited to find Campus Bridal, the sales person Teresa was very helpful and promised that our order would be in before the wedding. Unfortunately, when the time came the dress didn't arrive and Teresa was not helpful or compassionate about the situation.
