I bought a dryer from this store. The employees were okay but the owner was very suspicious with his responses. He was changing his responses constantly. I didn’t feel good there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this store.
I was surprised that an owner can be so rude. The owner changed the price right when he sees customers are interested to buy. I visited this store to purchase a washer. The employee was nice, but when she called over the owner, he gave us very suspicious and unclear information and he was saying changing his prices frequently. I'm never going back here and I don't recommend anyone purchasing from AR APPLIANCES.
Amazing service, good prices, usually great selection. Quick to respond to any concerns or problems. George and his crew are excellent! I am happy to have an appliance guy that I trust and refer others to!
Bought a fridge from them in December for an ADU unit we were building. Plugged it in for the first time a week ago to find out it doesn't keep anything cold. They only offer a 3 month warranty (which they failed to mention) because the appliances will most likely fail after that. The owners excuse as to why it doesn't work is because "Sometimes not having them plugged in will damage them???" LOL If I want it fixed they'll charge me. Stay away from this spot. Shady shady game they're running.
