Going to a&r appliance to buy my stackable LG washer and dryer was one of the best experiences I've ever had. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We bought all our appliances here (fridge, stove, washer and dryer) and when we had issues with the freezer not working we called various times and finally were able to schedule for someone to come and check out the issue. They no-showed without notifying us and didn’t even answer to calls or texts when they missed the appointment time until days after. I purchased a used stainless steel French door fridge on Feb 28, 2026. They only give a 3 month warranty, and the fridge started making a very loud whistling noise on July 1, 2026.
I bought a dryer from this store. The employees were okay but the owner was very suspicious with his responses. He was changing his responses constantly. I didn’t feel good there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from this store.
