Service after the sale is horrible, management is non-responsive, and is is clear that Camping World had no intention on retaining or maintaining a loyal customer base. I would suggest any other RV dealer and Camping World.

First, i went to Camping World because they have top quality products and a good selection of products for the campers. Also because they are a reputable company that is image minded and wants to keep the customers happy. That being said, my first salesman, Monte (from Wood Village) was a really nice guy. Absolutely horrible customer service! We had our motor home stolen while having the generator serviced and have gotten no help! Corporate will not call, the insurance will not accept any liability. This has been a complete nightmare! On top of the service department not knowing it had been stolen for 5 days!
They let people's Campers get stolen and do not make good or help them. They just say oops, has happened before. Don't take your motor home to them to be worked on, or buy one from them. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Just wanted to shout out to our sales associate Leah Burroughs at the Wood Village location for being so great at helping us find the perfect trailer for us and our two little girls. She even went as far as getting them cute little camping chairs to go with our new trailer when we picked it up today. Thanks Leah!!

My daughter took her motor home to camping world in wilsonville five days ago and they were just going to work on it today and they noticed it had been stolen. The manager called them then proceeded to go to lunch! Are you kidding me!! When my daughter and son in law went there they were treated like crap!! The manager was a completeJerk!! Worse than a Used Lemon Dealership. Mom bought a New RV from there and noone took the time to make sure she knew how to operate the coach or cockpit Items. Nor will anyone return my calls about repairing warranty Items.
Bought used RV, was told told leaks had been sealed, few months later noticed leaks had returned, took it in was told it had dry rot that had been there longer than we owned it, asked them to fix it because we had asked them to about this before we bought, they basically said tough luck it is your problem and we won't make it right....bottom line don't do business with Camping World
