Went up to see this pop up camper was told it’s in for repairs they would call us no one has reached out to us yet and I’ve called twice now very poor communication! Made us feel like they really didn’t want to work with us .

Horrible customer service, had an appointment and sat for 4 more hours waiting on someone to get approved then 3 days later called back saying we were denied after being approved and paying down on the camper. Someone needs to get their finance department straight before getting people’s hopes up.
