Camping world had to winterize our trailer last fall because we took it in for work, and 3 months later, we’re still waiting for them to finish work. Husband started to de-winterize this spring, called camping world with a question and they told him they would have to do the work because they put some kind of caps in the lines. We took it in to the tune of $200 and when my husband went to pick it up, they showed him what they had done and there were no caps anywhere. First time buying a travel trailer from a dealership. We bought it in the midst of Covid and have owned it for almost 2 years. I waited to see if things got better but man it just keeps getting better and better in regards to the this trailer falling apart. Camping world keeps it for months without any communication unless I call, and keystone isn’t any help as well. The craftsmanship of this trailer has been blamed on Covid, lack of parts etc etc….
