We were skeptical when we dropped our motorhome off with hydraulics issues. But Kari was quick to reassure us and she came through. We had a small window to get it done before next trip and they finished in enough time for us to redo toilet. Everyone we spoke to in service and parts were professional and knowledgeable and they made sure to communicate in detail between departments to insure everyone understood importance of time frame we had. I setup an appointment for a day and time to look at a specific toy hauler. A lady called and questioned me about my needs and told me which salesman I would be dealing with. When I arrived I met with the salesman only to find he did not k ow much about the rig to include its location on the lot! I would think if you,(owner/manager) want a good impression of your business you should train your staff better. so far me and my wife are very satisfied in every way with the whole process that we have been through with camping world,i am really impressed with how we were treated through the picking out what we wanted and explaining everything about the trailers,and noy being pressured into making a decision about what we need or want,they listened and thern gave us the choice to be made,i truly respect all of the people at this company and would tell people about them and continue to do buisness with them in the future
The trailer I bought from had a small hole/crack above the door didn't realize it tell you get up close. And bathroom shower edges wasn't properly done right . And I bought it new supposedly. So if you bye from them take the time to inspect everything even the roof to inside and underneath. If it was new then why was there damage I found later?
We had an accident with our Airstream in Irrigon, OR in late July. We were able to use ratchet straps and haul it to the Pasco Camping World, the only place that was willing to help us. Even though they were totally backed up, the service department was willing to do a temporary repair that got us on the road for the rest of our vacation. It is now sitting at the Airstream dealer for repairs. Major kudos to Hannah and the repair crew for their willingness, patience, and hard work to make our trip successful.
