I recently received what I believe was the highest level of service for my RV at this location, possibly the Gold or Platinum package. I’m not exactly sure of the name, but I can say this — my service representative Hannah was absolutely fantastic. She handled some frustrating issues with my extended warranty and still managed to get my AC unit replaced, saving me a significant amount. Unfortunately, of all the RV places we shopped, this was the worst experience. Salesman was Cole. We found an RV we liked and recieved a price. It was higher then other RV places. Then Cole went onto explain that if we wanted them to put a battery in the RV and Make sure the lights work that would be an extra thousand. If we wanted them to clean the RV, make sure everything was working, and walk around and explain how everything worked on the RV... it would be an extra 2,000. I took my 5th wheel in for warranty work last year. Made the appointment and dropped my trailer off. Left it there for 4 months with a printed list taped to my kitchen island that matched my e-mailed list. I communicated with them, checking in each month via e-mail. I get the call that it's done. It's still in the shop bay when I go to pick it up. I wander out to that bay and start testing the "repairs." The list of 8 items seemed to have nothing accomplished. My husband and I are looking for another camper, Casey showed us around. He was so knowledgeable about all the units on the lot which was super impressive and such a better experience the click it rv. When we are ready to purchase we will come back again just because of this experience! Great job thank you for your honesty and knowledge it’s was very helpful !
