Upset re service dept and sales dept. When we bought our trailer we were not notified that they had items on order for warranty repair. 2 other items also needed repairs when taken to service department. We informed them of a planned trip several weeks away. Called 3 times to get updates with messages left. Third time had to get transferred to corporate office to get a response from service dept. 1 week ago spoke with service rep for update and need to pick up in 1 week for planned trip. Definitely the worst place to get your camper trailer fixed. My camper has been there over 3 months without being worked on at all. I've had to call and try to get information on the status and they never have a good answer or are never there. They love to say they will have someone call you back but never do. Definitely wouldn't recommend camping world its the Walmart of camping
Asked to look at RVs. Sales girl said are you going to buy one. I said I'm looking. It was 5:00 there were six sales people sitting around. She didn't want to go out on the lot. I said thanks for nothing and left. Amazing they have a whole lot full of RVs. Maybe they don't get commission maybe they should get some sales people who want to make a living.
