We bought our toy hauler last July. 2020 Shockwave. We feel like we got a pretty good deal and everything on the camper works. The salesman was good to us. The technician that walked us through the camper was great and thorough. He made sure we knew how to work everything. We did have one problem, something with the propane tanks but camping world took care of it for us the same day. Made a deal got it in writing and decided to pay cash for a New RV and was told by financial manager we can’t get the same deal as made if we were financing it. We would have to pay more? Unbelievable!! After speaking with sales manager Ryan they will not honor the invoice price.”because of kickbacks given from financing institutions “ This is considered unethical and not good business.
