I and wife purchased a 2022 ************************ from Gander RV now Camping World of ************, ** March, 2022. Sales person *** was didn't even call to see how things were going or to thank us and night of sale was in such a hurry to go on vacation. We now have had RV in seven times for problems that were not fixed or half wit done. One technical advisor really gave a c*** and helped as much as he could. AC on roof came from factory with shims missing causing rattle constantly, workmanship on walls of motor home stap... read more

Bought an RV from them in September. They didnt complete any of the things that we agreed too in the contract. They were supposed to fix a cracked mirror and they didnt. We had a deluxe package that was supposed to have them do a check through and make sure everything was functional and if it wasnt theyd fix it. None of that happened. When we asked for evidence that they completed the lacquer they cant seem to produce it but swear they have it. Theyve also been horrendous to get into contact with the managers are always out ... read more
