If you want to enjoy your RV DO NOT take it here. Their service sucks. I dropped off my brand new trailer there to have warranty work done on July 13th. Two months go by and not a word from them. I bought a 2006 Winnebago Sight Seer with 17,022 miles on it from the Greenwood, Indiana location. They kept telling me that they would throw in a $1200 check of all the systems and that would certify that the camper was ready to take camping when we pulled off the lot. Sorry this is long but everyone please read if you or anyone is thinking of buy or getting a RV fix at CAMPUBG WORLD. Read first. Well we got our fifth wheel in October 2019 (FIFTH WHEEL is a 2020). My husband and I purchased a 2021 Cherokee Alpha Wolf on July 6th of this year. Everyone in the sales department was great until we signed the papers, however once we signed the papers, the customer service has been non existent. As part of our agreement, a slide topper was included. We are now 3 months past the closing and we still have no slide topper. Sold a camper to Camping world in Katy Tx, they agreed to pay the lien holder and even got a final payoff amount but never paid it off, now I am on the hook to pay the lien holder $17,400 and camping world has my Travel Trailer.
Picked up two items at Strafford Camping World marked $20.99 and no other words or markings. When I got to the register the price jumped to $24.99 , when I told them I was overcharged he said because you are not a member of the Good *** ****we are going to charge you more. No Communications Very Poor Customer Service! Unfortunately I had to leave one star review for Camping World in Golden CO but they are not worth even that. If this had zero stars I would have chosen it! This is the WORSE place to buy a RV! I purchased a RV only to have them tear holes in my floors before delivery, yes before I even received my RV. I was promised new floors would be purchase and installed in 2 weeks on site. 2 months later I was called and told that I needed to bring my RV in ASAP and that our previous conversation no longer mattered.
