Do not go to Camping World, especially in Uxbridge MA., if you want your RV repaired in the same year. They don't know what they're doing, and they will continually give you false updates on the progress of your repair. Made my appointment in May, had to wait till first week of July to bring in my RV and then it sat in the lot. Continually told me parts are on order then in September they tell me that the parts were never ordered and gave me a list of excuses on how this could happen and tried to put blame on me. They scam people with their warranty plans. While in financing they make you think you need warranties. When you call back to cancel suddenly some are non refundable. It's doesn't state that in any paperwork. They tell you they sprayed your camper with a protection spray and that's why it's nonrefundable. But I know for a fact my camper was never sprayed. It was sitting in the parking lot ready to be taken home the entire time we were in financing. I wonder how many others pay $4000 for a product that was never put on there ... read more

They sold me a brand new 2022 keystone bullet camper with MULTIPLE problems, including MOLD with additional severe water damage, a faulty fridge/freezer, non functioning water heater. Awning was malfunctioning and they are blaming it on weather as its hanging off my camper. Refusing to give me an actually NEW camper I bought.
