Bought a camper from camping world Nashville last May. A drawer was broken in the kitchen, they said it was on order. Called them in July they said it was ordered again. Called their corporate office, was told it was reordered once again and it'd be three weeks. It's now six weeks later no drawer. Reached out to the GM of this location, but he doesn't return calls. I understand the pandemic set things back, but not 4 months. It's something as small as a drawer, and they still couldn't get it right.
Camping world of bowling green ky. This location is the worst trailer sales department I have ever been to! My family and I was chased out into the parking lot and in front of other costumers asked to leave and never return! I was amazed because we had already left! I was thrown out of the store, because the sales staff did not contact my bank to verify my loan and learn how to complete it! I was accused of trying to defraud the company. I bought a 2017 Freedom Elite brand new here 3 years ago. I had so many problems I took it back for repairs they kept it for over 3 months once. I asked them to winterize it while they had it. They did but failed to pull the plug on hot water heater so early spring I noticed my hot water heater had bust. I took it back and they denied it was their fault cause they didn't write it up on a ticket and refused to pay. I had issues with generator, slide motor went out first time I used it. My wife and I purchased a brand new 2020 Keystone Hideout camper on August 14, 2020 from Camping World of Hope Mills, NC After just two and a half weeks of owning the camper we discovered an extreme amount of mold under the kitchen sink area. Do not ever buy anything from them. Worst retailer ever. Throughout eastern US and the Country Turkey. My husband, a disabled retired military member was not able to leave our property during repairs to our house from Hurricane Michael. So we went to this horrible place to get a trailer to stay in. Brand new it was defected. The General manager tried to blame us. Took 6 months to get everything working. Needless to say we were not able to stay in the trailer. Called to make appointment, told to wait 3 weeks before bring it in, showed up on time and left motorhome, waited 2 days and called to here service tech tell me it may be a week before anyone could look at it?????( what is the appointment for???? Should you decide to have your camper serviced at camping world of Raleigh in garner, go into knowing that camping world doesn’t care about your schedule, your budget, your concerns, or your opinions. Mike ***** and everyone else’s (store manager to district manager) lack of communication and customer service is mind blowing considering the size of the company. Go out of your way to buy and repair anywhere else but this place.
I ordered an AC from CW, they sent the wrong one. I did not realize it but I had it installed. When I contacted CW over 3 weeks ago they said they were going to send me out the one I ordered and make everything right. Nothing has happened to this date and they rarely respond to my emails. I would not recommend buying anything from CW as they do not stand behind their products or their promises.
This is my story (happened Wednesday): So... being missionaries on deputation, we live in an RV. It was devastating when it was totaled due to roof damage. Trying to coordinate a new RV in our price range was tough. So when we found one we jumped, looked one day, prayed the next, and put a deposit of $500.
