Just picked up our Motorhome and paid $600 to get the keys back just to take somewhere else as its been there for 6 months. Not one thing got fixed or even ordered. When they called me they were telling me about a completely different vehicle that was not even ours. Its been a disaster to say the least. Wouldnt recommend anyone take their rv here for even the smallest issue. Huge waste of time and money not to mention extremely frustrating.
Do not take your camper to this location for ANY type of service, or maintenance! I took my camper in and perched an extremely expensive bumper to bumper maintenance package. There were additional items I wanted looked at and repaired as well. When they called me to come pick up my camper, none of the items I pointed out had been repaired. Not one! We have had an 11-month nightmare "working" with the ******************* location. The only positive I can say is that new Services GM *************************** is doing his best to clean up the mess.Sales - The salesman *** told us "they are all built like sh*t, so which sh*t do you want". I called to sell my unused camper back to them and they will not even cover the loan amount. DO NOT BUY NEW!!! You will lose your money. ****** learned!
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILER OR RV HERE!!!!!!! When I say that my husband and I experienced the most shockingly HORRIFIC customer service of our lives, it is a GROSS understatement. The neglect, belligerence, and apathy demonstrated by the manager and service staff at the ********, ** Camping World location was astonishing. Never have I ever experienced such blatant and willful disregard for a customer.
AS they say on "Lost in Space", "WARNING-WARNING-WARNING-DANGER. A few weeks ago I purchased a new ** from the Camping World in *********. For a year I looked at the pictures and the walk around video of the *** I bought the ** over the phone. I brought our 2019 Freedom Elite 30FE into Camping World December 3, 2022 for soft floor. Hanover store performed some kind of pressure test showing bubbles but no one can tell me how the water got from the so called slide out bubbles to the floor some 10 feet away. I authorized the work and provided Hanover store a $3000.00 deposit on March 6. Then on March 11 I received an email from Camping World, all material is in and repairs would be started. If I could give them a zero I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service even after I have called cooperate 7 times I am still dealing with trying to get my brand new camper repaired under warranty while getting it back worse each time then I ever dropped it off. This place is a joke. I call every time trying to get an update and they only give my husband a call never returning mine because my husband is a push over and they know it.
