Do not buy gap insurance from these people after I traded in my RV I bought from them they would not cancel my gap coverage after I did it myself they claim it would take 8 to 10 weeks for my refund which every business I've dealt with only took. 4 weeks it's been 9 weeks still no refund hoping the bbb will get me results
The service management is useless! They do not return calls, lie about not having your number, and do not really care about making it better. Do not buy from them because after that you are forever waiting to get your camper fixer!
This is the worst RV service in the country.DO NOT bring your rv here for service or you will regret it.The service writer that you will talk to when you go to the desk knows absolutely nothing about Your RV or the accessories they sell.I asked him about a plug with a needle valve that is designed to winterize your water system by blowing air through the lines to remove the water.He told me “it’s s pressure relief valve like on a radiator cap” One of the techs was standing there and had to correct him and then he started arg... read more
Amber is a Top Notch sales person !! She listened to what we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and she Made It Happen !!! We got an unbelievable deal on our 2021 Avenger rks !! Amber was not pushy at all and made sure everyone took care of us !! Josh treated us like Gold during our walk through and made sure we understood everything and everything was working. !! After spending over $200K on a new Tiffin coach, we got no service after the sale. Would never deal with them again
We bought an RV in January. They sold us an Rv with a recall without informing us at the time of purchase, when it was time to pick up the rv they informed us of the recall and that we could not pick up our rv. I myself!, had to tract down the part and dealership to get the recall fix! They made little attempt to contact us, and when we would contact us them the continually blatantly lie to us, one day the part was there, the next they had no idea when the part would be in! A recent storm totaled our 5th wheel and we turned to Tracey and Sammy in Service to help guide us through the claims process. Their experience and knowledge was simply amazing and critical to getting everything handled quickly and easily. They also understood the stress and emotional toll something like this can cause and were very empathetic with their updates and follow-up communications. Five stars! And many thanks once again to Tracey, Sammy and the rest of the team.
Have had several service visits in the past few months. Sammy was my service writer and was always very courteous and professional. Kept me informed of parts received and expedited when possible the repairs needed. Very pleased with Sammy's handling of my service needs.
BEWARE! We purchased a Coachmen travel trailer in 2017 Had some minor issues that were poorly handled@ the time. .Brought the unit back for some warranty issues,. bought the best warranty they offered and it doesn't cover the body of the trailer? We had to pay labor cost @150 hr Make sure that get everything on your work order, don't accept any verbal agreement between you and the service writer.
