Our recent service with Campers Inn was a good experience. We got warranted items replaced in a short period of time. Ron, in the service department was very prompt with updates for items ordered as we are living in the camper awaiting our new home start. We plan to continue working with them.
We’ve been in our new 5th wheel one week today and I just had to write a review to talk about the great experience we had with Campers Inn of Ocala. We didn’t want to be looking for a new rig, but Hurricane Ian totaled our four-year old 5th wheel and our car, so we had no choice. Our salesman at Campers Inn of Ocala was Allen Lusby. He was awesome for so many reasons. Low pressure yet answered all of our questions - or got the answers for us. Supplied us with his cell number so we could contact him as we considered a pu... read more
HORRIBLE service - HORRIBLE communication- if you need just 4 words to describe this business! The 2020 camper we bought from this location BRAND new, which we've only used 6 times has had nothing but issues. ( refrigerator leaked, door, lift broke, both batteries died, radio broke, shall I go on? ) Bought an extended warranty to boot, and literally, nothing we had repaired was " covered" ironic. I think not! A Yelp 2.0 review says it all. After THREE months and dozens of emails back and forth, the story of each item t... read more
I took my motorhome in for a minor electrical problem with my towed vehicle turn signals. I had already isolated the problem to the motorhome, and not the towed vehicle. In less than an hour, they told me nothing was wrong with the system. (I later found it was a bad fuse and changed it. The fuse was located in the spare tire compartment and I had not found it.) Camper’s Inn could not diagnose a problem (said it was fine) and had it in their shop less than an hour. They charged me for four hours labor. I had to pay it to get... read more
Would like to thank Melissa and Allen in the service department. Even though I bought my Jayco Eagle from another dealer, they were so helpful on warranty repairs that were needed. Found and repaired some wiring issues from the factory that kept giving me problems.
We would recommend Campers Inn in Acworth to anyone looking to purchase a rv in today's market. We had the best experience ever from our Sales Rep, Finance, Service Advisor, Parts Dept and the Service Tech who gave us the most thorough and informative walk through of our new Grand Design Transcend we could have even imagined. This was not our first rv purchase but it was, by far, the best experience and we absolutely love our new camper thanks to all the wonderful folks at Campers Inn in Acworth.
In February of 2020 my wife and I used our life savings to purchase a new Tiffin Allegro from Camper's Inn of Raleigh. In November of 2020 we made our first camping trip, using a temporary 30 day tag. 10 months, phone calls and emails and no one at Camper's Inn would take the time to get us a correct tag and title. After trip we called to get warranty repairs, first open appointment was January 2021. Left RV at dealership for 3 months, no repairs were made, but we did have correct tag and title. Picked up RV for 2nd. camping... read more
Shout Out To Campers Inn - Raynham !! Our recent purchase of an Imagine 17MKE was a pleasant and smooth purchase thanks to RV match maker Adrienne Bergman. Her knowledge of the product line, pleasant demeanor, and help with final prep and delivery made for a fun experience. She is a keeper !! Thank You Brad and Kathy Poe New Bedford, Ma.
Campers Inn of Mocksville came highly recommended to us by fellow RVers. We drove our 2018 Winnebago View the extra hour to get a diagnosis on the Head Unit. Everything worked fine but the GPS. They let me know it would cost about $160 to get the diagnosis. No problem. When I returned to get the RV, the only "function" remaining from the head unit was constant radio static. No backup camera, no radio, no blue-tooth - nothing but noise which could not be turned off. They then said it would be $4800 to get a new unit. So basic... read more
