The salesperson name Paul. He was so great to us. He told us everything true. he saved us almost one hundred thousand dollars. he was very honest with us. He told us to go to another RV place that they have RV in that color what we are looking for. He was great. I wish every salesperson would behave like him. Thanks Paul
had my camper for 6 weeks ,never ordered the parts to fix the brakes ,and charged me 629 dollars to look at it. left out of there with no brakes they are not a member of the bbb ,I wonder why as they have a terrible service center
The service department and over all management is awful. They had my trailer for 3 months and it was totaled. No attempt at all to make the situation right.
I would avoid this place like the plague! We bought a brand new camper there last summer, had a wrap sheet of all of the items that were broken on it. The main issue was the front door wouldn’t shut. Obviously this is a safety concern, espically when we travel with our two young kids and dogs. Our camper has been down there for a total of 6 months trying to get this issue fixed. Their customer service is awful. No response to emails or phone calls. No one is ever there to answer the phones. They don’t appreciate any of their customers. Absolute garbage. They have had our trailer for over a month and nothing has been done after I approved the $5000 repair!
Horrible expirence with service dept. They had our RV for 10 weeks with excuse after excuse, always blaming something or someone else.
Positive experience from the beginning to the end! Anthony in sales is excellent - he spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and made it a fun experience! We purchased our new 2022 IBEX 19MBH and couldn't be happier! I also need to mention Dianne in Finance who went above and beyond! The customer service that we received far exceeded our expectations. I wish I could give no stars! This was the worst experience, NEVER even put your foot in the door here! I began the process of purchasing a used travel trailer (Stock #75912A - which they still as of todays date show SOLD on the website) only to be told the trailer could not be sold to me due to an inoperable slide out. I was told for over 2 weeks by the salesman that everything was fine, repairs were being made to the slide out and the camper was "mine" and Diane would be calling me to schedule a date/time to complete pa... read more
