We purchased a Coachmen travel trailer in 2017 Had some minor issues that were poorly handled@ the time. .Brought the unit back for some warranty issues,. bought the best warranty they offered and it doesn't cover the body of the trailer? We had to pay labor cost @150 hr Make sure that get everything on your work order, don't accept any verbal agreement between you and the service writer. Buyers beware. Purchased a 2015 FR3 and never received proper service when i brought vehicle back. Immediately after purchasing vehicle had to bring back 6 times to get issues {16 times 2015-2018} that were pointed out on first return. No returned phone calls updating status of service. Told a date when it would be repaired and showed up to pick up only to be told not done when location was 45 min away. This happened twice and blame was always the other service person. After walking thru the AC convention center RV show I knew Scott Motor Coach was the place for us. Teddy took the time to really explain the sun seek to us. The financing was easy with Lee. This place is great!!!
I had a problem with my fridge on my trailer, it was not cooling. I called Dustin in Parts and Service at Scott Motor Coach, he got me in the next day. Found out the board on the fridge was bad, they installed a new one and got me back camping the same day. Thank you Scott Motor Coach!!
