RecommendedIt was a pleasure buying our Winnebago Micro Minnie from Mocksville Campers Inn . During the Covid 19 pandemic making large purchases are difficult which is understandable. Wes our salesman and Matt in finance were pleasant and helpful. Adam did my walkthrough and he also was pleasant and very informative. RecommendedDue to Coved-19, we have not actually taken delivery of our camper yet, but thus far, we have been very satisfied with our dealings with Bob Blair, Renata and Ray. We were happy to see their level of attention to social distancing, wearing masks and demos by appointment only.
service stinks. bought brand new fifth wheel and had a scheduled warranty appointment. had for over a month and did not fix part of the issues and they did not have very good technical knowledge. was able to fix issues myself that they would not do. they were easy to fix and could have done if they were willing to do them. emailed and left messages with salesman but no response. service staff mostly nice but not very knowledgeable. i was able to find information they did know online or from the manufacturer site.
RecommendedBought our fifth wheel there. When we had any issues, appointment would be made and could stay overnight. Very accommodating, professional and courteous. Would purchase another camper there should the desire or need arise.
