RecommendedBought our 2019 Grand Design Solitude from Campers Inn in Nov 2018. Sales experience was excellent. We've had a few service calls from their service folks and all have been excellent. Our most recent service involved removing and replacing the black water holding tank. Our tech was Bruce Bennett and he worked hard on the task. RecommendedWe recently purchased a Travel Trailer from Campers Inn in Leesburg, FL. We have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that supposedly had the tow package. The factory trailer wiring was not installed causing Camper Inn service to hard wire the complete system. As it turns out this was not a simple task. The service department stuck with it until it was completed and everything working properly. They did a Great Job and I would recommend them highly. Terry

It started the weekend before when Patrick gave us a FaceTime tour of the camper we were interested in, the following Monday we went to see it in person and Jim the GM answered all of our many questions very honestly. It has been 5 months since we purchased our travel trailer. We are still waiting for the refrigerator inserts that match our cabinets. Our salesperson never followed up with us ever. When we tried to reach out our saleperson he was rude. Don't expect anything after they take your money. Also, watch out for the finance department. We transfered a tag and they rolled the difference to profit them. Hopefully this will get their attention!
