We bought a new toy hauler from them. Due to a manufacturing defect the wheel came off on the interstate and was a serious miss of multiple accidents. Even though we understand they do not warranty the unit, we were stranded on the interstate and we called them just to get phone numbers to get help (please know we were stranded over night). RecommendedI recently purchased a new Jayco camper at Campers Inn RV. I would highly recommend them for their Professionalism and service. Their service department went beyond the call of duty to meet my needs . Matt, Mike & David were very accommodating. There was no pressure in buying a trailer but much concern as to what I needed to make my camping experience the best. As a single older woman Just getting back into the camping experience I am very happy with their service.
RecommendedWe purchased our RV at Campers Inn of Acworth in 2018. Recently, we had an issue with our air conditioner. We worked with David in the parts department, and Samuel in the service department. They went the extra mile to ensure we were back on the road quickly and comfortably! Highly recommend this location for both RV purchase and service!

RecommendedI bought my 2020 Winnebago Adventurer 36z last December. I love this RV. The staff at Campers Inn in Mocksville, NC are super nice. This includes sales, service, parts and mechanics. I had extras installed and service was super nice and responsive. Appointment within 2 weeks and completed within 3 days.

I have been in the market for a new camper for about a year now. Now it’s time to buy a new one so I went to Forrest rev center over a week ago. I sent photos and called and sent emails to just get a value in my trade. Still no answer at all. I will say the part guy is super nice and helped me get a part I needed right away but sales is lacking. Just because I might be younger doesn’t mean I’m not able to go and buy something. RecommendedWe had an issue with our awning bracket on our last outing so I called the service department and Daniel told me to bring it in when we got home. We had a 2 week window before our next trip and he said they would do there best to have it repaired by then. Even though they had trouble locating a bracket and getting it here on time with all the obstacles that the pandemic has caused they found a way to get the job done and I actually got it back a day earlier than expected.
