My husband and I wanted to upgrade our camper, to a fifth wheel. We found what we were looking for here. What an experience! The people who helped us were so pleasant. We are literally having to pay to have repairs made to the repairs and work you did. Just discovered the venting for toilet was literally just cut off and patched over when it was in your shop. Have called and reached out and the only thing we received in response was a missing AC vent door that was missing on BRAND NEW AC unit you I talked. Just found the door recently-broken and stuffed begins a cabinet (by someone in the shop as we had never used camper or AC). So upset and this Reno is now costing us double. We bought our very first travel trailer from Chris Parker and what a truly pleasant and awesome experience it was! We told him what we were looking for and he went out of his way to help us purchase the perfect trailer. To make our experience even more great, he went the extra mile and actually took us camping the same weekend to answer any questions and familiarize us with the process. I am very disappointed I try to get service on my camper that's only a month-and-a-half old it's only on their terms I Drive a truck at night and they won't need to take a day off of work get no sleep so they could do warranty work instead of allowing the serviceman is $75 call out cost to be covered to me they should stand behind the products they're selling no matter what that should get you in the door sell you a camper then when it comes to service it's only on their terms. Kenneth Walker is a very pleasant and helpful salesman, treats you like family. Bill is very helpful and detailed in showing you how everything works and what you need to do to maintain your purchase. Tim did an excellent job in delivering and setting up our RV, we haven't forgotten you. I would highly recommend Campers Inn of Kings Mtn.
