Had a wonderful experience with them and work is good!
Hard-working, honest, and did a great job replacing my hot water tank and main water line.
Unfortunately we had to experience the dishonesty and low integrity of this company. They came to do a repair, and while making the repair broke our gate. Promised to replace or repair the gate. We followed up with them for several weeks and they kept promising to come by. But have never done that and it has now been a couple months. I think that when you break something that is not yours, the right thing to do is fix it or replace it. They owned up to breaking it, which was great. Chris was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed a water main leak before it caused damage or needed more extensive work done in the "homeowner's responsibility" clause of this kind of problem. Thanks!
