The worst company ever. They keep charging ne for nothing. They mistakenly drafted money from my account and charged me $ 80 to put it back.
I had a great experience from beginning to end! The leasing office worker, Micca, was very helpful and helped us get our paper work and Apartment keys quickly and easily. She was polite and patient with a beautiful smile. I highly recommend these apartments!!
Do NOT rent from Campbell properties in Moorhead there Court Yard apartments has a pool hot tub and fitness center. t=The fitness center is NOT ventilated it is ALWAYS 98 degrees and the pool and hot tub are bad there has been on several occasions where it looks like a little kid POOPED in the pool they have been told several times and don't really do anything but shut down the pool for TWO MONTHS the hot tub jets don't work and to top it all off the lights in the pool area don't work and never have they have been told sever... read more
What out for mold. They have a big mold problem. They don't clean the carpet ever. But make sure to charge ya for it. slumlords.
