I think this company is a money hungry business that needs to have more compassion for humans. I moved out of my unit over a year ago, which has been month to month since May 2021!! I moved due to domestic violence against my childs father. Since it hasnt been PHYSICAL, I cant get an order of protection to be removed from this month to month since Im the primary. I have submitted a letter form the **** and abuse, numerous police reports from DV logs at the unit we shared, in which he still resides. *** attempted to removed n... read more

Good day I have no words to describe my courage since I started living here there were problems with doors, a/c and other things but since last year the storm started the kitchen floor started to come off it was only one piece today it is more of half the floor and the new company ****************** says that I am responsible for the damage for not reporting the problem when to their faces I show them proof that I did.

***************************** They had the worst way to help their residents. We been having problems with water coming out from the floor, problems with the ac and fungus on the bathroom because of the water coming out from the floor. They know everything and decided not to see u when u go to their lease office because they dont want it help you. They even care if you have minors living with you with sinus or health problems. I was given less than 2 hours to move my trailer off the property in the Tealeoods apt in wichita falls or it would be tow I lived here for 7 years without any problems then new management shows up and all of sudden without any concerns about Tennant and starts treating the Tennant like a rent payments So now this weekend a trailer and a motor home shows up and parks in 5 spaces, So I ask someone who told me she was the new manager if there was a different standards for people because i can't park a trailer here so why can t... read more

This company is affecting me 3 years later. Did not renew my lease as I turned them In to. Valley news live. Had 30 days to move. Put collection 3. Years later on my credit report. Nobody could explain why. Now there is a civil claim on my rent report????? Contacted lawyer, this is a run while you can or they will destroy you for speaking up!!!

If I could give Dalcor 0 stars I would. Not only do they lie, but they also extort money from you for repairs they dont want to pay for. Do not lease from them for any reason. I live in their Skyline apartment complex btw.

Ask for repair oven before I move in, and never been fixed after about3months

We apologize for the inconvenience. The part has been on back order for multiple months. The current disruption in supply chains has made it difficult to either find parts or even purchase new appliances. While against our normal policy, we have taken a part from another stove in a model apartment and used it to repair this person's stove.

I recently went to your property (the reef club) in Orlando, Florida, to apply for a 2/2 apartment for me and my wife. We were so unlucky to work with a woman called JESSICA. This woman is the most unprofessional person I've ever seen in my life. I think she is racist and prejudice because of the country we are coming from. Since the beginning she treated us bad. Steven is amazing he awnsers when you call , , very friendly when i text him he responds right away. Steven made the process of relocating very easy. keep doing what you do steven your awsome most property managers wont awnser the phone , they screen there calls if your lucky they will call back in two days. Again i would give Steven 5 stars does a great job. look forward to dealing with you in future.
