This company is affecting me 3 years later. Did not renew my lease as I turned them In to. Valley news live. Had 30 days to move. Put collection 3. Years later on my credit report. Nobody could explain why. Now there is a civil claim on my rent report????? Contacted lawyer, this is a run while you can or they will destroy you for speaking up!!!

Steven is amazing he awnsers when you call , , very friendly when i text him he responds right away. Steven made the process of relocating very easy. keep doing what you do steven your awsome most property managers wont awnser the phone , they screen there calls if your lucky they will call back in two days. Again i would give Steven 5 stars does a great job. look forward to dealing with you in future.

Should be 0 star. If you plan to rent, beware of taking good notes and pictures at your "checkin", as Campbell will attempt to over charged for cleaning even if you leave in same/better when you leave. I was told by person checking me out that my apartment was very clean, however when it came time to refund me, was charged $60 for cleaning. I would give a negative review if possible. I do not even know who our property manager is for he is already displaying favoritism towards particular individuals. Other residents have to try to get an appointment for his door is always closed. He does not even talk to residents in the hallway, just to at the very least to say Hi and to introduce himself. Why? Are the residents that unimportant to him, even though his salary is paid by the residents who are paying their maintenance fees? Would also like to know why a mislead... read more

I am submitting a very negative review. I moved into my Pines Townhouse in 2019. We sere very happy with the previous management team. They were very friendly, understanding and had a great professional relationship with their tenants. Never once had to complain about anything. Even tho the place wasn’t properly clean prior to moving in but I was still happy. When I had any issues within the townhouse they were taken care off right away. Live in the Grayhawk apartments. If you want your concerns heard as a tenant, do not rent under this management. Their response to everything is to file a police report. It’s literally the only thing they know how to respond with. Have had situations occur with packages being stolen and upstairs neighbor's grill dripping grease down on our patio and all over our patio furniture. Eric was of great help to me and my roommates. We recently moved in to the apartment complex and had to get some appliances fixed, things changed, etc. Eric was kind and helpful with the transition to getting these things done. Fast service and very professional. Highly recommend.

Me and my roommates just moved into one of the apartment complexes and needed some work done. Eric was so helpful and tried to get to our apartment as fast as possible. He did a wonderful job!
