I am very disappointed. I hope that I can improve this rating once my concerns are addressed; however it is hard being I am simply in the application process and have yet to know where I stand..I applied on 7/17 and have yet to hear anything. I attempted to call but my messages were not returned. Then I attempted to stop by on Monday 7/28 and was told by the new office manager that he would get with the screening company and find out where I am in the process. He ensured me that I would hear back by end of day, if not in the... read more

Hi my name is Nadine and Ms. Rhonda is very sweet, professional and friendly. The application process was smooth. She engaged with me as well. Rhonda is a very good Property Manager and she is very funny.
