Management is incompetent. The place is a dump. Cops are often there for all kinds of things. Trash on the ground all over the place. Loud parties. The pool remained a health hazard for a long time. Did I mention how incompetent management is? Keep track of all of your rental payments.

I am very disappointed. I hope that I can improve this rating once my concerns are addressed; however it is hard being I am simply in the application process and have yet to know where I stand..I applied on 7/17 and have yet to hear anything. I attempted to call but my messages were not returned. Then I attempted to stop by on Monday 7/28 and was told by the new office manager that he would get with the screening company and find out where I am in the process.
