I am very disappointed. I hope that I can improve this rating once my concerns are addressed; however it is hard being I am simply in the application process and have yet to know where I stand..I applied on 7/17 and have yet to hear anything. I attempted to call but my messages were not returned. Then I attempted to stop by on Monday 7/28 and was told by the new office manager that he would get with the screening company and find out where I am in the process. Hi my name is Nadine and Ms. Rhonda is very sweet, professional and friendly. The application process was smooth. She engaged with me as well. Rhonda is a very good Property Manager and she is very funny.
They do not pay their vendors.
Management & Maintenance terrible
Dairy Queen very nice apartment complex weather Pool the property manager and the maintenance manager take very good care of their tenants
