The place is HORRIBLE and I got out as soon as I could. It started going downhill after a company called Ledic took over and then got even worse when the company MMG Management LLC took it over after and is still bad. Definitely not worth even $700/month living there!!! Beware they can't even get things fixed due to previous managers stealing money and not paying other companies. Management is incompetent. The place is a dump. Cops are often there for all kinds of things. Trash on the ground all over the place. Loud parties. The pool remained a health hazard for a long time. Did I mention how incompetent management is? Keep track of all of your rental payments.
