I tried calling with concerns about sudden onset eye and headaches symptoms for my 4 yr old and all I was told was "use your best judgement we don't have ask a nurse" and then I was hung up on. I may have high standards for hospitals because of where I moved from but that's ridiculous not everyone knows whether to go in for things they have never dealt with before. It definitely makes me what to move back to where I moved from. Atleast there I know I can get the help I need at any point in time without someone being rude.
