Would definitely give negative stars if that were a possibility I have never been in such a dirty hospital facility in my life and I have never seen such incompetent unprofessional staff in my entire life as well. I am going to save time for anyone that is having any sort of a medical issue or God forbid an emergency. Do not go here you won’t get any help. This is an edit to my 5 star review I posted back in June. The reason for the 1 star now is because of the billing department. I was given an estimate for 3,014.35 cents that I signed before the procedure. Fast forward to after the procedure and two months and I received a bill for over 5,700 dollars. I called and asked why it was so different from the estimate I was given and they said they made a mistake and had me sign the wrong estimate. Company uses out-of-country call centers (ones known very well for containing many scam centers) for their payment calls. Caller would not release any information about the payment until I gave them my personal info. Here's a business tip, you'd get paid more often and likely quicker, if you used an in-country call center at the minimum. Ideally one ran by people at your own company. Nurses let in a visitor when I said no visitors after just having given birth. Apparently, even though I'm the mother and the one who gave birth my voice means nothing and the father's word is above mine. Also, $400 for the pediatrician to spend 5 minutes looking her over is criminal. This place is the worst.
