I recently needed services at this walk in clinic. Kim the intake person was so kind and very positive. CCH was changing to a new Medical Records system and she was so positive and made putting in my info so easy. I had great care from my provider J Baker and the X-ray tech and respiratory therapist. I am glad this service was available.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this clinic with a documented history of a suspicious liver mass, worsening symptoms including unexplained weight loss, night sweats, skin itching, and muscle loss, and was told by a telehealth doctor that I needed urgent imaging and lab work and to go to my closest walk in/urgent care to at least get bloodwork started. Absolutely the worst place to go! They take forever the receptionist was a joke! It took her 25 mins just to check us in. I tried booking online n it wouldn’t let me so I called n the lady told me no she wouldn’t put me in line! When I got there she asked why I didn’t get in line, it would have been faster to go thru the er! Then 3 ppl that got there after me were treated n left before I even got called back!
