This was my first visit to Campbell Clinic and I was very satisfied from the check-in process to the treatment I received I saw Dr. James Guyton he was very friendly but straight to business. The Radiology Staff was very efficient and friendly. Overall I would recommend this clinic.❤️
I was impressed with the orderly manner they moved me through the process of x-raying, evaluating, and Dr. consultation. Initial treatment occurred even though I didn’t have an appointment with him. All of the people were pleasant and professional. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Dr Guyton did an awesome job 2 weeks now and I really feel great.
One of the receptionist was very rude... she was speaking loud enough about a patients insurance that the entire front waiting area could hear. The triage nurse was very rude, she had a nasty attitude. She was an older lady so I was shocked. To top it off... the same triage nurse and another lady that worked there treated a Hispanic lady so disrespectful and so distasteful. I was hurt for her. Great first impression of Campbell Clinic today. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff addressed all of our questions and concerns regarding my broken arm, treatment, and physical therapy. They also offered tips and insight on how to move through the care and healing process which was helpful and encouraging.
The kindness and professionalism of the Staff, Doctors, Nurses, Assistants - everyone, is wonderful. I am just in the beginning stage for knee surgery and feel confident in their care.
