Efficient On time Friendly staff Excellent care
I refuse to deal with the orthopedics in my hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas-they seem to think that it is fine to keep patients waiting for their appointment for 2 hours. So I have had 2 total shoulder replacements by Dr. Thomas Thockmorton and he is some kind of good, professional MD. I have been total pleased with my recovery, saw him yesterday for my 2 year checkup of the last one. Only a few minor bumps along the way. They do have their way of doing things and not always totally convenient but they are really good.
Fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. Dr. Hyden was great at explaining the problem, the solution, and the steps to get there.
The front desk staff, the nurses and doctors were all very pleasant and professional. I felt like they all knew me even though I hadn’t been there in years.
I had great feedback from Dr. Andrew Murphy. He was very thorough in his diagnosis.
Today I went to the Drop In Clinic at Campbell Clinic Germantown with a severely sprained back. I can’t afford to miss work and I needed help to keep me going. I was IN AND OUT in 50 minutes after xrays and seeing a REAL ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR! I can’t thank Campbell Clinic enough for creating this wonderful service. Sincerely, Robin Bates CRNA
