Staff was ok, but Where is the furniture, fridge, safe, microwave? NO furniture whatsoever in the rooms??? No chairs except for one at the desk! Beat up looking rooms - disappointed in Doubletree.
The rooms were okay, however the communication with the shuttle service was horrible.... don't expect to use the hotel shuttle for anything or expect them to be late or not show up at all and you will be fine. I won't be staying there again and I will need to visit this same area for business a few times a year...
This place was terrible on many fronts. We stayed at this location because it was close to the venue we needed to be at daily. We were assured that they would have transportation setup to drop us off and pick us up. Let's just say, we did a lot of walking. At the end of our second day, we waited over an hour for their shuttle. Called several times, only to be hung up on by the front desk staff.
