Campbell Anderson & Associates, Inc. is an okay firm overall. They handled my request in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff I spoke with were generally polite. Communication was decent but not always prompt there were a couple of times I had to follow up to get updates. The final work product met my basic expectations, though I felt there were some minor details that could have been handled more carefully.
