RecommendedMy family and I spent a weekend at Camp Ondessonk a few weeks ago! Rooms were very clean and spacious! Beautiful hiking trails and scenery! Horses were very friendly my daughter loved visiting with them! All employees were very kind and polite! I highly recommend this place!

Their staff is so friendly!! My favorite part of the Fall Family Camp was the interactive activities with the staff; like fire building, structure making, handicrafts, archery, and especially the s'moreo roast!! And I really like that the camp has not changed much since the 30 years since I was a youth camper. This place holds a special place in my heart, and is located in the best Forest in Illinois!! Thank you to all the volunteers and staff that help that place to make special memories for generations to come!!
I took my family to family camp this past weekend for the first time. While we love the outdoors, we have never been camping with our 10 and 8 year old. It was an amazing experience and we got to do lots of fun things. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend family camp!
Great for families who want to experience camping . We stayed in a treehouse style cabin and loved it.
