Since 1959, Camp Ondessonk's summer camp programs have provided an experience that encourages campers to have fun, nurture spiritually, make friends, grow in self-confidence and promote important traditional values. Always a great place for family and friends excellent job with all activities and very well organized and always open to the public
I discovered this place for the first time today and I've lived in Southern Illinois all my life I was totally absolutely amazed it is a wonderfully beautiful place I was just overtaken by the scenery my grandson and my two daughters went for open house fall event Day. got to ride horses took a hayride, painted pumpkins. everyone that we encountered was so courteous expecially the people at the climbing rock wall they were wonderful
Great area for group events. A hidden jewel of SoIL for sure.
