If I could give it 0 stars I sure would. This office is so slow with everything. I’ve been trying to get paperwork signed for months and nothing has been done. The lady that is supposed to handle the medical records release form is never in office the few days that she’s supposed to be in office…they need to get it together
I’m currently changing my daughter’s PCP because of the lack of professionalism from this office. The front desk (one girl in particular whose name I don’t know) shouldn’t be answering the phones. She ends the call with hmm hmm and sounds like she could care less about her job! Front desk staff can make a big first impression for patients! I’ve been waiting for referral paperwork since 10/10 and today is 10/21. They keep telling me the lady who does referrals only comes in on Tuesday and Thursdays. I went to Doc as a child (when she was closer to Greenbriar) I am 30 now). And I have 3 children ages 1-13 I let them go to Doc. Until I am forced I will not choose any other doctor. The service is always exceptional from visits to my calls. Even my follow up and referral outpatient services are great. I would recommend doc Johnson to anyone looking for a Pediatrician.
