My first year was 1969. I was in 5th grade. I met Mark Brown that summer. We have remained friends since that time. We just celebrated our 60th birthday together over the Easter weekend. Like long friends indeed.
I was a counselor in the early 90's. I now look back on what was some of the best summers of my life! Iron Men!
I was a counselor at Arrowhe"ad back in the early 70 's .It was an experience I shall never forget. It is a wonderful experience for young men.
One of the best times of my life were as a Staffer at Arrowhead, I compare the memories to my times as a young camper and staffer in the Ozarks of Arkansas as a Boy Scout, the location is second to none and the friendships and memories will last a lifetime, i hope to return to Arrowhead in the future and am praying that it continues to be the place that always holds a special space in my heart. GO CHICKS GO!!!
This week my son will begin his Arrowhead journey as his brothers,aunts and I did before him.Very excited for George!
