Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this psychiatrist listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was this psychiatrist's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
