I would normally give them a 5 stars. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The meal was delicious as always, but for some reason the wait staff was very unimpressive this night. Not very personable, had to keep asking for things, like more water. But will be back anyway!
My husband and I went there for our 19th wedding anniversary. It was a very nice evening. We were seated right away. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The meal was absolutely delicious. I thought my husband's steak was cooked medium instead of medium well like he ordered, but he said it was fine. I wish we had gotten our dessert there instead of La Fiorentina, which was a huge disappointment. I'm sure it would have been a lot better at the restaurant. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will.

Best appetizer I ever had (Brochette de Camarones). Best steak I ever had (filet mignon). Best dessert I ever had (crepes). Super friendly staff. Best restaurant in Northampton. Hands down.
