Mu husband and I both had appointments on 1/27/2025 with Dr. Roberts. The doctor has not been in the office for several weeks and the office staff was aware that she was not going to be on site for our appointments. Office staff stated that they did not gave our email address and could not reach us by telephone. They did have our postal address. It would seem that a notification of our appointment cancellation coild have been sent via US postal mail.

Dr. Roberts is the consummate professional. Her office staff is friendly and helpful mirroring her high standards of professionalism. When I had a particular concern, I was seen within 24 hours. How is that for great customer service. I am pleased to have her as my dermatologist.
