Very unprofessional firm. Completly dis-satisfied with the service. We had a contract that included a big retainer. They did not deliver any satisfactory plan. They missed the initial deadline and eventually delivered a very bad plan several weeks after the deadline. We terminated the contract and askd for the refund according to the contract. They have refused to issue the refund. Very unprofssional.
