In MY opinion,I feel that Community Alternatives is a disgrace to MANY employees ESPECIALLY,at the J.EB. galley. We need our voices heard. We are demeaned,talked to and about by 3 of what are SUPPOSED to be leaders... I would like for the designers of this program to be alerted as to what goes on in this building on a daily basis. We are good enough to get accreditation for the 5 star award MULTIPLE times but NOT good enough to be treated as disabled,functional people. I am EXTREMELY confused.
