We were having trouble getting our heat to stay at the set temperature. Tom was great! We called him in the morning and he was at our house taking care of our issue within a couple hours. Tom was thorough and respectful! Took his shoes off right away and answered all of my questions. He provided us all the information we needed to make our decision on what to do and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I had to get a new furnace and ac because my furnace went bad on December 4, 2024. I got some estimates and most of them was high and I felt like I was getting gouged because of the time of the year. Tom and his family are fantastic to work with. My furnace died on a particularly cold week and they were able to replace it quickly and affordably. I cannot say enough good things about these people and their business.
