I recently moved into this property and have had an excellent experience so far. The standout feature is definitely the staff - they're incredibly kind and professional. I worked primarily with Uju, who went above and beyond in being helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. My unit is fantastic, and I'm truly enjoying my new home. The combination of great staff and a lovely living space makes this place a top choice for anyone looking for a new home.
I got a call a few weeks ago with so many promises from staff to clean the dog pee and trash chutes but nothing has been done.
Uju is amazing. She definitely went above and beyond to ease any anxiety I may have about moving. She made the application process simple, answered all questions I have with transparency, provided any details about my apt that I needed since I’m traveling across country. I’m use to having landlords be rude about my incessant questions, but not Uju. She wanted to make sure I made the best decision for my family. I have no doubt in my mind that Camden Franklin park will be my family’s home for several years to come.
Our experience in the past 6 months at Camden has been wonderful. It is a safe, clean and beautiful complex, and the location is tough to beat! If there is ever an issue brought to management’s attention, our experience is that they act on it immediately and they truly listen to feedback from residents. I say to my husband multiple times a week, “I love living here!” Would highly recommend.
This is the worst apartment ever! Staff won’t provide apology pizza and donuts for acts of god. They hire professionals to maintain complex systems such as fire suppression and elevators. However, those companies still don’t have instant teleportation and can’t correct system failures the moment they occur. First responders take less than 2 minutes to respond and willingly communicate updates as soon as they receive them. Nobody has ever pulled a weapon on me.
