Camden Franklin Park is Sublime in its beautiful nestled location in Franklin, TN. The staff Chesney, Uju, Carrie and Stephanie are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. What makes Camden Franklin Park so special is the architectural style of the building and the property in whole. So Happy to make my residence there.

I had high hopes when I lived here. I moved in November 2023 and left in January 2025. The place was terrible, nasty stairwells, garbage dumpster was disgusting, trash rooms were gross and the hallways smelled. I also believe there was mold as I always had a sinus infection. I couldn’t wait to leave. I also had coworkers who lived there and moved out. Shame on the management for letting this place going downhill.

My wife and I lived at Camden Franklin Park for just over four years, and for a long time we genuinely enjoyed living there. It became home for us and our two dogs, so writing this review is disappointing. There are definitely positives. The location is excellent, with easy access to the interstate, and there is a small park directly across the street that is perfect for walking dogs or letting them run around. We recently moved out of Camden Franklin Park after purchasing a home in the area, but we truly enjoyed our time there and loved our apartment. It was comfortable, well maintained, in a great location, and honestly the perfect place for our family during an important transition period. Uju, Chesney, and Steph were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we would see them multiple times a day as we went out for walks. This place is filthy. The residents do not pick up behind their dogs inside of the building. You will find dirty diapers, you will find shit, and you will find piss inside of the building. The residents let their dogs shit and piss in the stairwell, in the garage, and in the hallways, and management does nothing but send out a very nicely worded email telling people to pick up behind their dogs, and that's it. They do not investigate, and they do not instill any type of consequences for their actions. It continues to happen ... read more
