We recently moved out of Camden Franklin Park after purchasing a home in the area, but we truly enjoyed our time there and loved our apartment. It was comfortable, well maintained, in a great location, and honestly the perfect place for our family during an important transition period. This place is filthy. The residents do not pick up behind their dogs inside of the building. You will find dirty diapers, you will find shit, and you will find piss inside of the building. The residents let their dogs shit and piss in the stairwell, in the garage, and in the hallways, and management does nothing but send out a very nicely worded email telling people to pick up behind their dogs, and that's it. I typically take the time to write a glowing review when warranted but in this case, the experience my husband and I had today was extremely disappointing and negative.
