Be sure to physically check out the unit you want to live in!!!! We made the mistake of signing the contract for a unit we didn’t get to tour, because it was unavailable for us to see at the time. They will pressure you to accept a quote within 48 hours. They’ll present unit options to you that might be unavailable for touring. Little did we know what disaster we were getting into…. Uju was amazing! So accommodating and helpful. We cannot wait to live at Camden in 2026, it is such a beautiful place.
Uju helped me get a dream apt for when we move there! We are so excited and had the best interaction with the staff. The place is stunning and beautiful.
Do not live here unless u wanna hear fire alarms that go off for a couple hours in the middle of the week when you have work. Uju was rude she’s in management! WALLS ARE THIN!!! Loved the area but NOT WORTH IT!
We have had only positive experiences at Camden Franklin Park. Uju, Taylor, and Carrie went above and beyond helping us pick the best unit for our needs and with settling in. After we moved in, Tracey, Brian, and Shon were helpful in addressing our minor service requests. Everyone has been so nice and professional. They work hard to keep residents happy and maintain the property, which is also in a prime location convenient to so much! We have felt so welcome here!
