Great customer service. I really enjoyed my visit, the staff is truly amazing. Uju Agubuzo made me feel welcomed. I love the property definitely considering moving in this summer.
Awful place to live, the staff are terrible and the main manager Carrie is so mean, they never respond to anyone’s questions and concerns, there’s a termite infestation that they won’t fix, the garage gates are always broken, they have been working on the courtyard for over a year and keep extending the timeline, it’s goes on and on. DO NOT LIVE HERE ITS AWFUL
After living here for two years, I am very sad to say that in the last three or four months Both the maintenance and the management have gone downhill here. Filthy stairwells, a Dog park that they filled in with mulch, and a completely inept system to manage package delivery and staff straight out lying about their intentions to make improvements. Uju was truly a pleasure to work with. She answered all of my questions and removed every reservation I had about apartment living. Camden Franklin Park is truly lucky to have her. Uju's professionalism was definitely my deciding factor in making Camden Franklin Park my next home.
