Had some work that needed to be taken care of in the apartment I was staying in. Maintenance men were courteous, friendly and efficiently took care of the work that needed to be done. Checked back with me to make sure things were still working properly.
I had high hopes for this community - I moved in November 2023- March 2025. When I first toured, I was not told that the Zen Garden was under construction and is still under construction which is pretty under handed of the community to not share these details prior to signing a lease. Next, is the communication from the staff to the residents- this is Mediocre at best. Next, is the condition of the building itself. My husband and I have lived at Camden Franklin Park for four years, and we absolutely LOVE it. The soundproofing is excellent—we never hear our adjacent neighbors, and noise from above is minimal. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and always goes the extra mile, even working late when needed to ensure everything is taken care of.
