I was visiting in Chicago and was stopping by various camera shops just to see what's out there. To my surprise, it was difficult to find shops as well stocked or as up to date as the Muskegon store. Good customer service! Called to see if they were willing to match a deal similar to another camera shop in Grand Rapids. They did so and more, so my sister walked out with her first DSLR, memory card, and bag. It's hard to expect local businesses to compete with online stores but in this instance their deal was as good as any other and I prefer to buy local. She'll be back when she outgrows the kit lens!

I now buy all my lenses and camera body's from here. The customer service is far beyond excellent. I live in Grand Rapids and make the drive because they do not rush you, give subpar service, try to up sell or pressure you into buying something to make a sale like other camera stores in Grand Rapids.
