RecommendedWe had The Camera Shop turn our home movies into DVD'S and after having a number of issues with them like poor quality on some, a couple that wouldn't play and a couple only minutes long, we called and spoke to Craig who was very helpful and apologetic about the whole deal and promptly offered us a full refund even though all of the DVD'S weren't bad. Very nice of him, that's what home town service is all about and why we recommend The Camera Shop!
This is an OUTSTANDING place to do business! I had a Nikon SB900 flash that wasn't powering on. I had initially gone to two other Camera stores in Grand Rapids. The clerks at both stores inserted the batteries and said, "yeah it doesn't turn on you should just buy a new one it's not work fixing". I was already going to Muskegon for another reason and called first because I was close to closing time. They said, we close early but we will be here.
