I just purchased a OM-D E- M1 Mark ll Olympus from The Camera Shop. Justin was just super and made me feel easy about going big or staying home. He was the expert, down to earth and made me feel like I can do this. I could feel his passion for photography! Yea ...... I was a little nervous but the 1st pic I took looked so good I am now hooked. Thanks Justin for all your help. You are a true professional.

My compliments to Justin, at The Camera Shop, for walking me through a number of options for dealing with an issue with my Nikon D300. I was very impressed with both his expertise and, at the same time, his ability to "keep it simple". Although I have been doing photography from the early 1970's, I have not necessarily keep abreast of the latest technical developments. Justine was able to bridge the gap easily! After just a couple visits and a couple phone calls, I was feeling like one of The Camera Shop family.
I consider The Camera Shop of Muskegon a business partner, not just an elite camera shop. Working the art fair circuit, I am on the road most weekends selling my photography. When I get home I have very little time to reload my inventory for the next show. The camera shop has been an outstanding resource for me, often printing my photos within 24 hours. I would like to let everyone know just how great the customer service is, I had a problem with a lens (my fault) and Justin helped me to get my lens sent out and taken care of. I have been a customer sense 2014 and have always felt my needs are important to them.
I saved over $600 on a Olympus 2 lens setup thanks to the Camera Shop. Besides the savings they are a wealth of information that will not hesitate to help you with questions that you may have.

I went in to get a lens filter and overheard Justin talking about new mirrorless cameras. We had a quick conversation where he answered all of my questions, showed me a great camera and never talked over my head. I came back a few days later, he showed me the camera again, went through some more details and I purchased the camera. Justin showed me various classes offered and was extremely helpful.
