Ever wanted to go to a place where they know the answer or know who knows the answer? or a place that doesn't make you feel less because you aren't an expert? a place where the interactions are easy, timely and transparent. Then it's this place. I have all the time in the world for these people.
I had a great experience discussing camera options and lenses with the salesman (I think it was Tom). I really appreciated the honest advice and knowledge. You don't get this from larger stores like Ted's.
The service was wonderful. Tom was professional and incredibly helpful. They fixed my film camera with ease! Definitely will return again as a customer.
